Shipping policy

When do I receive my shipment? 

All the orders will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day.  It depends on your location and whether you choose ground or express shipping, the transit time will vary.  

If you order products over the weekend or holidays, your order will be fulfilled on the next business day.  If the products are out of stock and you place a pre-order, please expect that it will take about 3-5 business days for us to replenish the inventory.  We will ship out your order as soon as we receive the shipment from our wholesalers or manufacturers.  

We do not ship products to PO BOX address.

For international shipping, customers are responsible for paying all the duties or any associated fee or taxes involved with the purchase.  Bluebird pharmacy is not able to determine the cost of custom taxes or duties in advance.
